The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the reliable, efficient, and safe operations of all systems within the facility. This includes supporting facility operations, sustainability goals, and regulatory compliance. The technician must adhere to all safety and quality standards. The effective execution of the defined manufacturing systems is required and includes compliance with IATF and ISO14001 procedures, TQM guidelines & concepts, EHS policies & procedures, productivity measures, cost containment, lean principles, and continuous improvement.

 

The technician, as a team member, must exhibit professional conduct at all times and lead by example to foster team development and cooperation among all team members and external customers.

 

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Installs, maintains, and monitors performance of installed electrical equipment for hazards, adjustments, or replacement.
  • Coordinate efforts with other workers involved in installing or maintaining equipment or components.
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks, such as checking, cleaning, or repairing equipment, to detect and prevent problems.
