Position Summary and Attributes:
LakePoint is seeking individuals who want to play a key role in providing excellent guest experience through our Facilities Department. This position works overnight to help clean and maintain our baseball fields and facilities. This is a seasonal summer position, with employment expected to run through the summer months. There is potential to perform in different areas of grounds crew maintenance throughout the park. As part of the team, you will engage in grounds crew maintenance, janitorial duties, and field maintenance as assigned by your supervisor.

Basic Qualifications and Experiences:
- Must be able to work overnight, approximately 10 pm to 7am.

- Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- Must have a valid Georgia Driver’s License.
- Experience operating small to medium grounds crew equipment, rake, shovel, leaf blower, weed eater, pressure washing machine, etc.

- The operation of some large equipment may also be necessary, i.e. golf cart, hand and fork lifts, synthetic turf cleaning machine, etc.

Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, team members are regularly required to sit, walk and stand; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands repetitively to handle and operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and lift up to 50 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Eyeglasses or corrective lenses may be worn to provide 20-20 vision. Hearing aids are also satisfactory.
