Production Management Operator


Key Areas of Responsibility:


1. MRO cargo receiving management


- Cargo information check (Recipient, Purchasing order information)


- Cargo arrival notice to recipient


- Cargo storage / Daily inventory check / long-term storage cargo control


- Cargo hand-over to recipient / GR (Good Receipt) processing in HSAGP system


- Return cargo storage / hand-over to pick up carrier


- Cargo arrival / hand-over / return log archiving


2. HASGP inbound / outbound cargo control


- Inbound cargo document verification / Inbound log archiving


- Escorting to assigned dock for cargo unloading


- Inbound cargo inspection (Damage check ; Cross check with recipient)


- Auditing outbound control process & log


3. Recycle material ship-out support


- Empty trailer escort to assigned loading dock


- Trailer weight check (Empty / Loaded) and log archiving


4. Others


- Invoice verification for month-end closing


- Periodical reporting to manager


- Periodical process and log audit (Self / Out-sourcing company)


- Daily equipment / machine (Weight scale / PIV) check up

Education:


High School Diploma or GED (General Education Development)


Experience:


Experience working in shipping/receiving preferred


Forklift and Hand Truck experience preferred


Qualification/Certification/License:


Ability to operate computerized inventory system


Highly organized and strong attention to accuracy and detail


Language skills:


Must be able to read and understand instructions in English


Excellent verbal & written communication skills


Computer skills:


Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)



Required Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma or GED, or other related field of study

  • Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Familiar with Microsoft Office

  • Preferred to be able to read and write in English

Physical Requirements:

  • May occasionally left and/or move up to up to 40 pounds.

  • Must be able to regularly stand, walk, sit, talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms to include stoop, kneel, bend or crawl.

  • Must be able to work 8-12 hours per day and up to 6-7 days per week based on operational needs.


Physical & Mental Demands:


Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required


The employee must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds when it's required



Work Environment:


Working at HSAGP sub-guard house office


Need to move around HSAGP site for inbound cargo escort



  • Usual office environment, production, and construction sites

  • Risks include noise (above 90 dB in compressor room), high temperatures (104–122°F in various rooms), and potential exposure to hazardous materials (e.g., heating medium oil, NMP, water treatment chemicals)
