Powder Coating Department Helper

Elevated Steel LLC is seeking a motivated and dependable Powder Coating Department Helper to join our growing team in Adairsville, GA.

This position assists with all aspects of the powder coating process, helping ensure quality products are prepared, coated, and packaged efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with loading and unloading material onto coating racks
• Prepare steel and metal products for powder coating
• Help maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with masking, hanging, and packaging finished products
• Inspect parts for quality and report any issues
• Operate equipment safely and follow all company safety procedures
• Assist other departments as needed

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, and work in a manufacturing environment throughout the day
• Reliable transportation and attendance
• Previous manufacturing, painting, powder coating, or steel industry experience is a plus but not required
