Due to the large volume of applications received, we are unable to provide information on the application status.Application Deadline: Until Filled.Key Roles & Responsibilities (non-exhaustive):- Facilitates implementation of MTSS process at the school level- Maintains and updates online databases identifying students receiving MTSS support and results of interventions- Maintains a library of research-based interventions and provides teacher support for implementation through modeling, collaborative teaching, observation/feedback- Works with teams to analyze student data to determine supports/interventions, create/modify intervention plans, and monitor student progress- Determines and provides necessary training to support implementation of research-based interventions- Supports implementation of PBIS protocols by reviewing behavior data and helping identify effective interventions- Works with remedial program teachers to help identify and support students receiving program initiatives- Ensures hospital home bound, and 504 plans are created in a timely manner and implemented as needed- Provides training for teachers on meetings, appropriate forms, and documentation- Participates in conferences regarding student performance and progress as necessary- Assists with administration of student assessments and analyzes results to inform interventions for MTSS Tier 2 and Tier 3- Coordinates with IEP and ESOL teams as necessary to support students who do not qualify or are no longer eligible for these services- Works with the Instructional Support Specialist to support teachers in the effective use of evidence-based, high-leverage instructional practices for Tier 2/3 students- Attends and participates in school and district curriculum/instruction meetings
