Effective Date: 2025 - 2026 school year Reports to: Social Worker Workdays: Substitute for Contracted Driver- 8 passenger vehicle during school year Substitute for Contract Employee: $15/Hour Summary: The vehicle operator is responsible for transporting students over scheduled routes, ensuring that the vehicle is in safe operating condition, and ensuring the safety of students during transport. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age with High school diploma or GED. Current Driver's license in state of residence as well as Motor Vehicle Record Check along with fingerprint and criminal background report. Must pass a physical examination (GaDOE physical form must be used).
