Description: Substitute Teacher for Cartersville City Schools. Qualifications: Be 21 years of age; complete a substitute training class with Northwest GA RESA (exceptions for certified teachers, former paraprofessionals or former substitutes); complete and submit the online substitute application including ALL required documents; fingerprinting and approved criminal history check required prior to work (by appointment only). Pay Rates (2025-26): Regular Substitute Teacher Pay - Rank 1: $15.00/hour.
