Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the golf course operations, including the maintence shop, course maintenance, and grounds services.
Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for golfers
Recruit, train, and lead a team of golf course maintenance workers and support staff
Proactively manage Labor Plan and Staffing
Oversee golf course planning and execution, including parterning with the Golf Shop to ensure preparedness for tournaments and outings
Ensure the golf facilities are maintained to the highest standards of playability and appearance
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures
Build and maintain relationships with golf associations, sponsors, and vendors

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred
5+ years of experience in golf management, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role
Strong knowledge of golf operations, including pro shop management and course maintenance
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Proficiency in golf-related technology and software systems
Golf Course Superintendant Certification Requred
